Yes, it's a fact that if any person goes into a mode where they are not going to eat. Your body automaticly thinks that your going into a starvation mode, and you your body will automaticly take your storage fat and put it on the surface! Meaning that you will end up gaining more weight than you would have lost. The best way to loose weight, is to eat healthy food, and get exersize. But eating healthy is the best way, not eating less.
